I’m Jenn Balderrama. I’ve spent nearly 30 years inside growing businesses, helping fix the places where work breaks down, systems stop working, and too much depends on memory or one person.
What I actually do
I figure out what’s broken, build the process or system that fixes it, train the people who will run it, and document the work so it can keep moving without me.
Most recently, I led revenue operations for a professional services firm, overseeing billing, project and time systems, commissions, reporting, and process documentation.
Why Crescera
Crescera means “to grow.” Most businesses I meet have already built something real. What they need next is structure that can carry it.
About Crescera
I help growing companies turn operational chaos into systems that run without me.
I'm Jenn Balderrama. I've spent nearly 30 years inside growing businesses, usually in the role nobody has a clean title for. The person who sees where the work is breaking down and builds the thing that fixes it.
Most of the companies I've worked with didn't have an operations problem on paper. They had a business that grew faster than its processes, and a handful of people quietly holding it together with memory, spreadsheets, and workarounds. That works until it doesn't.
What I actually do
I come into a mess, figure out what's broken, build the systems that fix it, train the people who will run them, and then step back. That last part matters. The goal is never for you to need me. The goal is for the business to work without either of us holding it up.
Most recently I ran revenue operations for a professional services firm, overseeing billing, bookkeeping-related workflows, project and time systems, commissions, reporting, and the documentation that made all of it repeatable. I helped move billing and time tracking onto a new software platform while keeping the existing accounting system behind it, built the spreadsheets and trackers that kept the work visible, and helped an acquired team learn the new process. Then I wrote it all down so the work didn’t have to live in my head.
Why Crescera
Crescera means "to grow." Most businesses I meet have already done the hard part. They built something real. What they need now is structure that can carry it. That's the work.
